- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My daughter has been going here for over a year, recently her Insurance changed. She hasn't been seen in 3 months. I haven't heard anything from the Harleysville office. I have have calls numerous times, and left messages with the answering service (because you can never actually talk to anybody in the office) The office manager "Heather" returned a call back a month ago to my home li e when I asked to be called on my cell phone. So I called answering service again and left 3-4 messages within the last 3 weeks and never got a call back. Finally Friday I spoke with the answering service and a nice girl named Casey got in touch with the regional manager who made my daughter an appointment for the next. When I arrived "Heather" was there with her bad attitude and said she never got my messages. Besides all this they never have appointments available.June 16, 2017by Tiffany White
